जापान के 23 वर्षीय नाओमी ओसाका ने दूसरी बार ऑस्ट्रेलियन ओपन का खिताब जीता है। ओसका ने अमेरिका की 25 वर्षीय जेनिफर ब्रॉडी को 6-4,  6-3 से हराया और चैम्पियन बन गयी। नाओमी ओसाका ने 2 बार वर्ष 2018 और 2020 मे US ओपन एवं 2 बार वर्ष 2019 और 2021 मे ऑस्ट्रेलिया ओपन का खिताब जीता है। 

नोवाक जोकोविच (Novak Djokovic) -

 वर्ल्ड नंबर-1 सर्बिया के 33 वर्षीय नोवाक जोकोविच ने वर्ल्ड नम्बर-4 रूस के 25 वर्षीय डेनिल मेदवेदेव को मेंस सिंगल्स के फाइनल मे लगातार सेटों में 7-5, 6-2, 6-0 से हराया और 9वीं बार ऑस्ट्रेलियन ओपन का खिताब जीता है। इससे पहले ये -

 ऑस्ट्रेलियन ओपन का ख़िताब - 2008, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2015, 2016, 2019, 2020 और 2021 कुल 9 बार जीत चुके है।

•  18 ग्रैंड स्लेम का ख़िताब 
• 5 बार विम्बलडन का ख़िताब 
• 1 फ्रेंच ओपन का ख़िताब 
• 3 यूएस ओपन का ख़िताब अपने नाम किया।

• 9 बार यहां फाइनल में पहुंचे और हर बार जीते
• 3 बार लगातार खिताब जीतकर हैट्रिक बनाई ।
